From Experience to Methodology
More than 30 years of working with people, families, communities, programs, and partnerships gradually shaped the way I understand development and change.
That experience became the foundation for AFDAC — and later for Programming a Human®, a methodology that brings together understanding, awareness, and practical application.
What began as experience became a framework.
What became a framework is now a way to help others create meaningful change.
من الخبرة إلى المنهج
أكثر من ثلاثين عاماً من العمل مع الناس والأسر والمجتمعات، وتطوير البرامج وبناء الشراكات، شكّلت تدريجياً طريقتي في فهم الإنسان والنمو والتغيير.
ومن هذه الخبرة انطلقت
AFDAC
، ثم تطورت لاحقاً منهجية «برمجة صناعة إنسان®» التي تجمع بين الفهم والوعي والتطبيق العملي.
ما بدأ خبرة… أصبح منهجاً.
وما أصبح منهجاً… أصبح وسيلة لمساعدة الآخرين على صناعة تغيير ذي معنى.
